Albert Fendig, Jr is honored by the Directors of The Friends of Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation Historic Site, The Coastal Georgia Historical Society, & The Friends of Coastal Georgia History. The wonderful reception for invited guests was held at the A.W. Jones Heritage Center on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Albert Fendig was honored for his lifetime devotion to his community including the three sets of hosts. Among the honors given, Albert received a Proclamation from Glynn County Commissioner Jerome Clark for the Glynn County Commission and a Proclamation from Mayor Bryan Thompson for the Brunswick City Council.
